How to Order

We make it easy. Throughout our site, whenever you see a product you'd like to purchase, simply click "Add one to Basket" and the item will be added to your Basket. To here to see all products.

Once you've clicked "Add one to Basket" on an item:

You will go straight to the Shopping basket and your Shopping basket will be displayed. From your Shopping basket, you can continue shopping, or continue to check out. Once you choose to Check Out, you have an option to Log in to Your Existing Account, Create New Account or Place Order Without Account. You'll next provide your billing and shipping information - if you have an account this will be displayed and you will have an option to edit information if needed by checking " Update Customer Record With This Information."

Next you will be taken directly to the Review Order and Specify Payment and shipping Method screen. The following page, you'll have a chance to review your total order, including tax (if applicable) and shipping costs. If you're satisfied, you'll provide your credit card information to complete your secure transaction.

You will then see an Order Confirmation/invoice screen which indicates we've received your order and gives you a confirmation/order number for your order.

We'll send an email confirmation within 24 hours to let you know your order has been processed. This email is your receipt and will include your confirmation/order number, verification of the items purchased and your shipping and delivery information.

When you enter highly sensitive data ( your credit card information ) we process the transaction in real time and do NOT store your details. Order information ( excluding payment details ) is the only data stored offline, and this is for backup purposes only. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on all orders placed in the state of Virginia.

Shipping and Handling

All goods must be shipped 2nd day air. There is an additional $7.95 flat rate fee for handling.

Refund Policy

All Vecorder Technologies products are backed by our guarantee of 100% satisfaction.
Our dedication to quality and service guarantees that you will be happy with your purchase.
We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase in its original condition by method of payment within 14 days less a 15% restocking fee. The refund request must be accompanied by a copy of original receipt and not be missing serial number or UPC. Damaged products must be returned within 14 days (proof of shipment damage is the responsibility of the buyer.) All goods must be shipped 2nd day air.
